Pacific West Development Looks to Break Ground on New Assisted Living/Memory Care Facility in Palmdale, CA – March 2020

Pacific West Development has been working with Protea Senior Living for the last year to entitle and permit a new 70,000 square foot Assisted Living/Memory Care Facility in Palmdale, CA. It will be ground up construction for 115 bed facility that is scheduled to kick off construction in March 2020 and be completed June 2021.
